Key Responsibilities
Assist in the product development process including recipe trials and product improvement
Support recipe standardization including ingredients measurement, cooking methods, and portion control
Conduct raw material research and evaluate ingredient quality and suitability
Assist in pilot batch production and scale-up processes for new menu items
Support quality control (QC) activities including product testing and evaluation
Assist in shelf-life testing and product stability research
Provide operational support during product implementation in outlets
Prepare and maintain recipe documentation, testing reports, and product development records
Ensure developed recipes can be replicated consistently across multiple outlets
Requirements
Minimum Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Culinary Arts or related field (preferred)
Minimum 1–2 years of experience as an R&D or 3-4 years in kitchen operations
Strong passion for culinary innovation and food experimentation
Good understanding of recipe standardization and food presentation
Detail-oriented with strong tasting and quality evaluation skills
Able to work in a fast-paced F&B environment
Familiar with basic food cost calculation
