PT Bukit Muria Jaya is offering an internship opportunity for fresh graduates interested in gaining hands-on experience in paper technology research and development (R&D). This program provides a structured learning experience, allowing interns to explore the fundamentals of paper materials and processes while contributing to real-world innovation in the industry.

Internship Objectives

During the internship, participants will:

• Develop an understanding of pulp, wood fiber, and non-fiber materials used in paper production

• Learn about additives and their functions in paper formulation

• Gain practical experience in laboratory-scale paper making

• Apply coating techniques to enhance paper properties

• Collaborate in team-based projects within an R&D setting

Eligibility Criteria We are seeking fresh graduates who:

• Have a strong interest in paper manufacturing, materials research, and innovation.

• Hold a Bachelor degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Pulp & Paper Technology, Material Science, or Material Engineering.

• Demonstrate analytical thinking, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
