Internship Objectives

During the internship, participants will:





Develop an understanding of pulp, wood fiber, and non-fiber materials used in paper production



Learn about additives and their functions in paper formulation



Gain practical experience in laboratory-scale paper making



Apply coating techniques to enhance paper properties



Collaborate in team-based projects within an R&D setting



Eligibility Criteria We are seeking fresh graduates who:





Have a strong interest in paper manufacturing, materials research, and innovation.



Hold a Bachelor degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Pulp & Paper Technology, Material Science, or Material Engineering.



Demonstrate analytical thinking, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
