Key Role:
- Provide support for the database containing detailed ingredient specifications, covering nutritional, functional, and regulatory information.
- Liaise with suppliers to obtain technical data, analyze the discrepancies, and ensure consistent ingredient quality.
- Assist with daily product development activities, such as shelf life assessments and kitchen trials.
- Help with data digitalization and review lab analysis results and pilot plant data.
- Support in create tools, primarily within the Microsoft environment (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Power Automate), to improve the efficiency of R&I work.
Requirement :
• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's in Food Tech, Chemistry, and related field.
• Having a passion in food Industry is a plus!
• Willing to work on site 6 months in Ciracas Factory Jakarta Timur
• Excellent attention to detail and strony analytical skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with PowerPoint.
