Reservation Management: Manage bookings via WhatsApp, phone, and walk-ins. Record guest details, treatment preferences, and booking schedules accurately.

Therapist Coordination: Coordinate therapist assignments, room availability, and treatment schedules with the supervisor.

Payment Handling: Process payments, apply authorized discounts, issue receipts, and record transactions accurately.

Administration & Reporting: Update booking records, prepare daily reports, and ensure proper shift handovers.

Guest Follow-Up: Confirm reservations, respond to messages promptly, and follow up when necessary.

Reception Maintenance: Keep the reception area clean, tidy, and organized.SOP Compliance: Follow company policies, maintain guest confidentiality, and report complaints or operational issues to the supervisor.
