Amandaya Canggu is seeking an exceptional Front Office Hotel professional to join their team in Bali, Indonesia. This full-time position offers the opportunity to be a key part of the customer-facing operations at this prestigious resort in a stunning location.

What you'll be doing

1. Greeting and assisting guests in a warm and professional manner

2. Efficiently handling check-in and check-out processes

3. Providing excellent concierge services to ensure guests have an exceptional experience

4. Resolving guest queries and complaints in a timely manner

5. Maintaining detailed records and reports on guest activity

6. Collaborating with other hotel departments to deliver seamless service

7. Adhering to all hotel policies, procedures, and brand standards

What we're looking for

1. Previous experience in a similar front office or hotel reception role

2. Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills

3. Strong communication abilities in both English and Bahasa Indonesia

4. Proficient in using hotel management software and systems

5. Flexible and adaptable to work in a fast-paced environment

6. Passion for the hospitality industry and a commitment to delivering outstanding guest experiences
