Position: Gym Receptionist

Responsibilities:

Welcome members and visitors in a professional manner

Handle check-ins, bookings, and membership inquiries

Answer phone calls and respond to messages

Process payments and maintain accurate records

Provide information about classes, services, and promotions

Maintain a clean and organized reception area

Requirements:

Previous experience in a similar role is preferred

Strong communication skills in English

Positive attitude and customer-oriented mindset

Basic computer and administrative skills

Willing to work flexible hours

Additional Information:

This position is subject to a 3-month probation period, during which performance and suitability for the role will be evaluated

Preferably based in South Kuta area and willing to be placed in Raw Uluwatu
