Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Receptionist at Natural Farm located in Jakarta. The Receptionist will be responsible for various day-to-day tasks including phone etiquette, receptionist duties, clerical skills, communication, and customer service. The Receptionist will play a key role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring smooth operations at the front desk.

Qualifications

Phone etiquette, receptionist duties, and clerical skills

Strong communication and customer service skills

Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Ability to work well under pressure

Attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Prior experience as a receptionist or in customer service is preferred

High school diploma or equivalent is required
