Reservation & E-commerce Staff

Key Responsibilities • Process and confirm reservations via phone, email, and online booking engines accurately and promptly. • Manage and update inventory, rates, and product descriptions on E-commerce platforms and Online Travel Agencies (OTAs). • Respond to customer inquiries, resolve booking or order issues, and deliver excellent service to ensure customer satisfaction. • Monitor room availability or inventory levels to prevent overbooking and ensure all listings are up to date. • Track daily sales, booking trends, and platform performance, and prepare regular reports for management. • Assist in implementing online promotions, seasonal discounts, and digital marketing campaigns. Requirements & Qualifications • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Marketing, Business, or a related field. • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Reservations, E-commerce, or Front Office. • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel. • Experience using Property Management Systems (PMS) or Channel Managers is an advantage. • Familiarity with E-commerce backend tools is a plus. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (additional languages are an advantage). • Strong attention to detail, able to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and possess a problem-solving mindset.
