About The Client:

A new luxury boutique hotel in Uluwatu, where elevated comfort meets the island’s laid-back surf and wellness spirit. We are seeking passionate hospitality professionals who take pride in delivering exceptional service and authentic guest experiences

What You Will Do:

• Handle guest billing and payment transactions accurately using the POS system

• Ensure all checks, bills, and payment methods are processed correctly

• Verify orders, prices, discounts, and service charges before finalizing transactions

• Prepare daily cashier reports and reconcile cash, cards, and digital payments

• Maintain proper cash float and ensure balance at the beginning and end of each shift

• Coordinate with waiters, supervisors, and kitchen teams to ensure accurate billing

• Assist in resolving guest billing inquiries professionally and promptly

• Support opening and closing cashier procedures and documentation

• Ensure all transactions comply with hotel policies and accounting procedures

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cashier station

• Assist the Restaurant Manager with basic sales and revenue reporting if required

Who We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 1–3 years of experience as a Cashier in restaurants, hotels, or hospitality outlets

• Experience using POS systems is required

• Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail

• Honest, responsible, and trustworthy in handling financial transactions

• Good communication skills and guest service mindset

• Basic English communication ability is preferred

• Able to work in shifts, weekends, and public holidays

• Pre-opening experience is an advantage
