Key Responsibilities: • Supervise day-to-day restaurant operations and staff productivity. • Manage ordering of F&B supplies and monitor equipment conditions. • Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and operational standards. • Maintain staffing levels to support guest satisfaction and financial goals. • Provide coaching, guidance, and performance oversight to team members. • Address guest feedback, resolve issues, and maintain service quality. • Support budgeting, cost control, and operational reporting. • Collaborate with internal departments to deliver seamless service. Qualifications: • Degree in Hospitality, or related field. • Minimum 2 - 4 years of experience in Restaurant (Hotel). • Proven track record in leading restaurant teams, maintaining effective communication, and resolving operational challenges. • Able to join as soon as possible.
