- Develop and implement strategies for managing relationships with retail partners to drive sales and maximize product visibility - Coordinate with retail partners to ensure proper in-store merchandising, product placement, and promotional activities - Collaborate with the marketing team to execute in-store promotions, product launches, and brand activations with retail partners - Build strong relationships with key retail stakeholders and ensure alignment on sales targets, promotional strategies, and product offerings - Prepare regular sales reports, analyze retail data, and provide actionable insights to optimize channel performance - Address and resolve any operational issues related to retail partner relations, product availability, or sales performance - Proactively identify new retail opportunities or markets to expand brand presence and increase sales - 5 years + of experience in retail management, channel management, or sales in a retail-focused environment - Strong understanding of retail operations and sales strategies, particularly within retail chains - Proven ability to manage relationships with key retail partners and drive sales through these channels - Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills (Bahasa & English) - Analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data, market trends, and performance metrics to inform decisions - Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple retail partnerships simultaneously - Ability to travel frequently for store visits and partner meetings
