- Daily Operations Oversight : Supervise all day-to-day activities, including cash management, stock control, and customer service. - Inventory & Stock Management : Monitor stock levels, manage orders, conduct regular inventory counts, and ensure compliance with stock procedures. - Staff Leadership : Recruit, train, and motivate the boutique staff, setting individual goals and providing performance feedback to enhance skills and productivity. - Customer Experience : Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by upholding impeccable service standards and creating a luxurious or engaging shopping experience. - Visual Merchandising : Oversee the display of products and the boutique's overall presentation to attract customers and drive sales. - Compliance & Procedures : Ensure all cash, security, and operational procedures are followed correctly and comply with standards and rules. - Strategic Projects : Collaborate on and help implement strategic retail projects and new tools to improve operations.
