The Retreat Coordinator is responsible for planning, organizing, and ensuring the smooth execution of retreat programs and guest experiences at Escape Haven Retreat. This role serves as the primary point of coordination between retreat hosts, guests, and internal departments, facilitating clear communication and seamless collaboration to deliver high-quality retreat experiences.



Job Requirements





Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, Event Management, Business Administration, or a related field.



Minimum 1–2 years of experience in hospitality, retreat coordination, event planning, or guest services.



Ability to coordinate multiple departments and schedules efficiently



Strong organizational and time-management skills.



Fluent in English (spoken and written)
