Risk Monitoring - Junior Agent

Key Responsibilities * Monitor real-time risk management dashboards on a 24/7 basis (shift schedule) * Act as the first responder for transaction monitoring alerts and risk outcomes * Identify and analyze suspicious transactions, anomalies, and fraud patterns * Escalate risks to relevant stakeholders following established procedures * Conduct analysis of transaction trends using historical data * Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Technical Support, Customer Service) * Maintain accurate monitoring logs and documentation of all findings * Provide insights and recommendations based on risk trend analysis * Ensure proper shift handover documentation and reporting

Requirements * Bachelor’s degree from related major * Minimum 1 year of experience in Fraud & Risk Analysis (financial services or tech industry) * Strong understanding of risk monitoring and escalation processes * Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving skills * High level of responsiveness, ownership, and attention to detail * Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel & Word) * Basic knowledge of SQL or other data/query languages * Willing to work in a shift-based environment * English proficiency: Intermediate * Familiarity with AI or data-driven fraud detection approaches is a plus
