About The Role :

Sales Academy Trainee is like a short Management Trainee program which consist of 5 weeks development program (4 weeks practice at field and 1 week in class), that will equip you with the tools, knowledge, and experience to become a successful Sales Consultant at Bababos.

Requirements :

• Maximum 1 to 2 years of B2B sales experience (preferred but not mandatory).

• A strong desire to learn and grow in a sales career.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• A Bachelor's degree (preferred, but not mandatory).

• Possession of a valid SIM C driving license.

• Own a motorbike for transportation.

• Willingness to be placed in East Java, such as Surabaya Raya and Sidoarjo.
