The role mission: turn inbound leads into happy clients through great communication, while maintaining strong relationships with wedding organizer partners who refer customers to us.

What You’ll Do

• Handle inbound leads via chat/call/online meeting and guide them through consultative conversation until booking.

• Build warm, loyal relationships with wedding organizer partners who refer clients to us.

• Coordinate internally with customer support & production to ensure smooth client experience after handover.

• Use empathy & communication skills to manage expectations of soon-to-wed clients (emotionally demanding & detail-oriented).
