BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

A growing lubricant company is seeking a highly motivated and qualified professional to join our team as a Business Development Manager.

Qualifications:

• Male, maximum 30 years old

• Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Chemical Engineering

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a lubricant company, preferably in business development, sales, or marketing

• Strong understanding of lubricant products and industrial/automotive applications

• Fluent in English, both written and spoken

• Minimum GPA 3.5

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills

• Target-oriented and result-driven

• Able to work independently and as part of a team

Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities and markets

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, distributors, and business partners

• Conduct market and competitor analysis

• Develop and implement business development and sales strategies

• Prepare business reports and presentations for management

• Coordinate with internal teams (production, QC, and marketing)
