SALES & EVENTS MAIN RESPONSIBILITY
* Sell our products at events, markets, pop-ups & dance events
* Interact with customers and help them choose products
* Handle sales and keep track of products sold
* Prepare products & sales area before events
* Organize and pack products before & after events
* Keep the sales area clean, organized & well presented
* Support event sales regularly, depending on the schedule
* Communicate customer feedback & product requests to the team
CUSTOMER FOLLOW-UP & SALES
* Follow up with customers after events and purchases
* Follow up with potential customers who have shown interest in our products
* Respond to customer inquiries and product questions
* Maintain good communication with existing and potential customers
* Follow up on pending orders, payments, exchanges or other customer requests
* Build and maintain good relationships with customers
* Identify potential sales opportunities and follow up proactively
* Communicate customer feedback, requests and common questions to the team
INVENTORY MAIN RESPONSIBILITY
* Regularly check & update inventory across locations
* Track incoming & outgoing stock
* Conduct regular stock checks & inventory counts
* Make sure physical stock matches our records
* Identify low-stock & fast-moving items
* Coordinate restocking when needed
* Keep inventory updated in Google Sheets
* Keep products organized and easy to find
REQUIREMENTS
* Female candidate
*Young and beautiful energy
*Would love and be able wear opening clothes for selling
* Organized, responsible & detail-oriented
* Proactive and able to work independently
* Comfortable talking to customers & selling
* Good communication & coordination skills
* Comfortable using Google Sheets / Excel
* Able to manage stock & keep accurate records
* Comfortable communicating with suppliers
* Willing to work at events & markets regularly
* Good English communication skills
* Experience in sales, retail, inventory, fashion or events is a plus
