Sales and Marekting Intern

Please note that this is a non-remunerated internship with a focus on professional development and learning experience.

Requirements:

• Undergraduate students or fresh graduates from all majors, preferably in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication, Management, or related fields.

• Strong interest in sales, marketing strategy, and business development.

• Demonstrated experience in managing projects, particularly in marketing campaigns.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

• Target-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently as well as in a team.

• Analytical mindset with the ability to evaluate sales performance and marketing effectiveness.

• Fast learner, adaptable, and willing to take initiative.

• Able to start immediately and commit for a minimum of 3 months.

• Basic understanding of branding, customer engagement, and digital marketing strategies is an advantage.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); familiarity with CRM tools or digital marketing platforms is a plus.

Job Descriptions:

• Support the development and execution of sales and marketing strategies to achieve company targets.

• Assist in identifying potential clients and business opportunities.

• Maintain and develop relationships with prospective and existing clients.

• Prepare sales materials, proposals, presentations, and marketing collateral.

• Conduct market research to analyze competitors, customer behavior, and industry trends.

• Monitor and analyze sales performance and campaign results, providing recommendations for improvement.

• Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, creative, and operations) to ensure alignment of sales initiatives and brand communication.

• Participate in client meetings, presentations, and strategic discussions when required.
