Sales Application Engineer

REQUIREMENTS;

• Minimum high school/diploma, preferably an associate's or bachelor's degree in a relevant field

• Minimum 1 year of experience in sales (preferably in the industry/PJK3)

• Communicative & possesses strong negotiation skills

• Ready for canvassing, field visits, and presentations to clients

• Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work both independently and as part of a team

• Have an A & C driver's license

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)

• Fluent in English (Mandatory)

• Able to work at heights and swim.

• Placement in Batam

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Marketing and selling PJK3 services (Load Testing, Certification, Technical Inspection).

• Conducting B2B presentations and following up on prospects until closing deals.

• Preparing price quotations and conducting negotiations.

• Fostering good relationships with clients (existing and new).

• Report sales activities and progress regularly
