Sales Assistant

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Manage customer inquiries and sales activities across both online and offline channels, ensuring a professional and brand-appropriate customer experience.

• Actively drive sales to achieve individual and store sales targets.

• Maintain strong after-sales relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat purchases.

• Assist with live selling sessions when required to support sales initiatives.

• Support daily store operations to ensure a smooth and elevated customer experience.

SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS:

• Female, maximum 35 years old, well-groomed with a polished and presentable appearance.

• Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, customer service, or other communication-related roles.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is an advantage.

• Strong communication skills in both Indonesian and English.

• Results-oriented with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets.

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail or sales environment.

• Familiar with digital marketing and online sales platforms.

• Experience in beauty, fashion, luxury, or related industries is an added advantage.

• Willing to work on weekends and public holidays, with two (2) days off on weekdays.
