Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Assistant at AGANSA in Bandung. The Sales Assistant will be responsible for administration, data input into the system, preparation of quotations, correspondence through email for internal communication with principals and with customers, management of filing reports & sales data, coordination with senior sales staff for scheduling technicians, creating work orders and also backup support for sales and technician teams.

Requirement

Assosiate degree/Bachelor degree of related major education

Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking

Have good communication skill, ability to solve problems, and self-confidence

Excellent in English, both written and verbal

Qualified using Microsoft Office (Ms. Word, Ms. Excel, Ms. Power Point, etc)

Have experience in correspondence with overseas clients or principals is preferable

Have knowledge related to customer service & sales administration is preferable

Knowing about technical aspects is preferable
