Job Objectives: Sales Associate is responsible for managing activities intended to achieve individual sales objectives and store sales and operational objective, such as promoting product attributes to the customer at the highest company standard, developing and enhancing personal skills to increase sales results, and participating in the promotion of a positive work/store environment. Sales Associate will be located in our Boutique in Jimbaran

Job Description

Customer Service and Sales:

Engage in up selling and multiple selling for all product types, Ensure in providing consistently highest level of customer service in every transaction, Develop and strengthen customer relations to the next level

Store Operations:

Be able to correctly operate the POS system, in all areas relating to sales transactions, payment, stock inquiry and customer database input. Perform other duties as assigned by management

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor degree desirable with the sales or customer service experienced

• Fluent in English speaking and writing is a must.

• Able to speak Mandarin is a plus

• 1+ years retail experience (prefered in high end fashion or luxury goods)

• Passionate about fashion and jewelry

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work in a team-driven environment

• Must be proactive and result driven

• Pleasant personality and good grooming

• Computer literate

• Fresh Graduate with communication skill are welcome to apply

• Willing to be placed in Jimbaran and / or Mambal
