Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Job Summary

We are seeking a strategic and performance-driven Sales Consultant to accelerate the adoption of solar energy solutions across residential and MSME (Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprise) segments. This role goes beyond frontline selling — it requires an entrepreneurial mindset to develop market insights, manage key relationships, and drive revenue growth through consultative sales approaches.

The ideal candidate thrives on building long-term customer value, spotting untapped market opportunities, and collaborating cross-functionally to scale Arysun’s renewable energy footprint in Indonesia.

Responsibilities

  • Acquire and convert new customers through consultative, solution-based selling.

  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to negotiation and deal closure.

  • Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with customers and partners.

  • Analyze sales performance, track conversion data, and prepare regular sales reports for management.

  • Identify new business opportunities and provide market feedback on customer needs and competitors.

  • Collaborate with marketing and operations to improve lead quality, sales materials, and delivery outcomes.

  • Maintain accurate customer and pipeline data in CRM systems.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field preferred.

  • Minimum 3–5 years of sales experience in B2B/B2C environments — ideally within renewable energy, FMCG, construction, or technology sectors.

  • Strong business acumen, analytical thinking, and ability to design and execute sales strategies.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills (online and offline).

  • Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.

  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and work independently in the field.

  • Familiarity with CRM tools and digital sales platforms is an advantage.
