JayJay is an online school of Creative & Tech is an educational technology, edtech startup, that aims to revolutionize education in Indonesia. We provide education in digital, creative and technical professions for 6-12 months with employment assistance. Not only we provide knowledge, but also help our students with gaining experience, job placement and employment after our courses. Our mission is to create one of the best and biggest digital schools in Indonesia. The digital world is growing exponentially, with the high demand for it professionals and variety of growth opportunities and we aim to help turn Indonesia into a digital center in the Southeast region, we want to give the necessary boost to people, who are looking for a social lift, constant development and wish to land their new well-paid jobs in IT. Your Responsibilities:

Process hot new leads (we offer those who are ready for feedback) and close monthly targets;

Make a lot of calls everyday;

Be in touch with those who have already bought a course from you, and offer to connect to a new one;

Passing the sales funnel and entering the necessary information into the CRM system;

Presentation of course details to potential clients.

Your Requirements:

Open for fresh graduates or SMA/SMK degree with experiences in sales

Fluent in Indonesian and good English;

Experience in B2C sales by phone or in a call center, or experience in customer support;

Experience in CRM system;

Purposeful who loves the excitement of achieving big goals and SALES;

Able to work independently;

Has problem solving skills.
