Responsibilities • Represent the company to external clients. • Conduct client research to understand background, preferences, and needs. • Contact potential and existing clients via phone, email, and in person. • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients. • Handle client questions, inquiries, and complaints. • Research prospects and generate leads. • Prepare and send quotations and proposals. Requirements • Bachelor's degree in Communication, Marketing, or a related field. • Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in a creative agency. • Able to understand client needs and lead negotiations. • Strong customer service and sales skills. • Good negotiation and problem-solving abilities. • Strong verbal and written communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English. • Excellent phone and presentation skills. • Able to manage multiple accounts while pursuing new opportunities. • Strong time management, well-organized, and detail- oriented.
