Identify and develop sales opportunities for dining events, private functions, and MICE-related activities (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, Exhibitions).



Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, event organizers, travel agents, and wedding planners.



Prepare sales proposals, conduct presentations, and negotiate pricing based on client needs.



Collaborate closely with the operations team to ensure smooth event execution that meets client expectations.



Manage leads and client database in a structured and professional manner.



Monitor market trends, competitors, and client demands related to venue and MICE services.


Qualifications:



Minimum 1 year of experience in sales within the F&B, restaurant, events, or MICE industry.



Strong network and connections in the corporate, events, or hospitality sectors.



Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.



Target-driven and able to perform under pressure.



Professional appearance with a confident and approachable personality.



Proficient in sales tools and CRM systems Fluent in English (spoken & written) is a plus.
