Sales (HRIS Solution)

Qualifications:
-Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field

-Minimum two years of B2B sales experience is preferred

-Fresh graduates with strong motivation and relevant skills are welcome to apply

-Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken

-Knowledge of HRIS is a plus

-Excellent negotiation and presentation skills

-Target-driven and result-oriented

Responsibilities:

-Sell and promote our HRIS solution

-Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients

-Understand client needs and provide tailored HRIS recommendations

-Deliver product presentations and demos in both English and Indonesian

-Prepare proposals, sales agreements, and contracts using provided templates

-Collaborate with the technical team throughout the sales and implementation process

-Coordinate with the marketing team to proactively generate new leads
