Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with agency partners

  • Handle partner communication promptly (calls, chats, follow-ups, activation of inactive agents)

  • Share project updates, price changes, and marketing materials regularly (via WhatsApp, Telegram, email)

  • Invite partners to briefings, site visits, and product presentations (online or in person)

  • Welcome agency clients in the office and lead personalized property tours, highlighting key selling points

  • Consult buyers on layouts, pricing, payment plans, and legal process

  • Support the full sales cycle: from reservation to deposit and SPA signing

  • Achieve personal and team sales KPIs through close coordination with internal teams

  • Maintain accurate lead data in the CRM: status updates, documents, and communication history

  • Prepare weekly reports on lead status, showings, bookings, and performance

  • Coordinate internally with legal, developer, and marketing teams to support ongoing deals

  • Organize broker tours, open house events, and quick Zoom training sessions for agency teams

  • Train partner agents on product knowledge, objections, and sales scripts when needed

Requirements:

  • Indonesian citizen (WNI) with valid e-KTP

  • Based in Bali and able to work from office full-time

  • Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia (spoken and written)

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, client service, or real estate

  • Confident communicator and negotiator — able to explain complex things simply

  • Experience with CRM tools, sales reporting, and structured follow-up

  • Comfortable working with KPIs and targets

What We Offer:

  • Monthly compensation: IDR 5,000,000 fixed + performance bonus (up to IDR 30,000,000/month)

  • BPJS Kesehatan & BPJS Ketenagakerjaan

  • Office-based role with stable work hours

  • Tools and product training provided

  • Initial 3-month fixed-term contract (PKWT), with the option to extend based on performance and mutual fit
