Sales Marketing Specialist

PT. TZCO Heavy Industry Indonesia is a leading company engaged in the distribution of heavy equipment, with a focus on excavators and industrial solutions. We are seeking an experienced Sales Marketing Specialist to strengthen our team. Office :

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets.
- Manage and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
- Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to identify sales opportunities.
- Prepare and deliver sales reports, forecasts, and presentations to management.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
- Domicile in JABODETABEK area
- Proficient in English, have Mandarin language will be plus value
- Minimum of 3+ years of proven experience in sales within the heavy equipment/excavator sectors
- Strong business network in construction, mining, or heavy machinery industries.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
