At least 1 year of experience in B2B sales / FMCG / distributor / Modern Trade (MT) is an advantage (not mandatory).



Good understanding of basic sales processes, including prospecting, follow-up, closing, and after-sales.



Able to use Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets to create simple reports.



Familiarity with Modern Trade (MT), distributors, and resellers is a plus.



Communicative, confident, and able to build strong relationships with customers.



Time management skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.



Proactive, fast learner, and highly initiative-driven.



Work placement in Sidoarjo, East Java.
