What you'll be doing





Prospecting and identifying new government clients with growth potential.



Achieve Sales Targets.



Looking for New Client and Maintain Existing Costumer.



Conducting in-depth needs assessments to understand client requirements.



Developing tailored proposals and presentations to win new business.



Maintaining and nurturing strong relationships with key decision-makers.



Tracking and reporting on sales activities, pipeline, and performance.



Staying up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices.



What we're looking for





Min. Bachelor degree from any major



Minimum 2-3 years of proven sales experience in the government sector (B2G) or Business to Business (B2B), Account Executive or Account Manager



Strong understanding of the public sector procurement process and regulations



Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills



Ability to think strategically and develop creative sales solutions



Demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets



Experience handling E-Catalog/LKPP or LPSE



Placement in Medan, North Sumatera.
