Position: Sales Promoter – Skincare Brand at Labrisa Sunday Market

Work Location: Labrisa, Canggu
Department: Sales & Marketing
Reports To: Event Sales Supervisor / Promotion Coordinator

Job Summary:

The Sales Promoter is responsible for introducing and selling skincare products during bazaars or promotional events. This role plays a key part in creating a positive customer experience, driving sales, and increasing brand awareness in direct-to-consumer settings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Actively promote and explain skincare products to visitors in a friendly and informative manner.

• Conduct product demonstrations when needed.

• Answer customer inquiries about product benefits, usage, and ingredients.

• Maintain an attractive and organized product display.

• Achieve daily/event sales targets as assigned.

• Collect customer data (if required) for follow-up or database purposes.

• Handle sales transactions (cash/non-cash) and record daily sales.

• Provide daily sales reports and customer feedback to the supervisor.

• Assist with event booth setup and teardown according to the schedule.

• Ensure cleanliness and orderliness of the booth area during and after the event.

• Monitor and maintain product stock throughout the event.

Requirements:

• Minimum high school diploma (or equivalent).

• Well-groomed and presentable appearance.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Experience as a Sales Promoter or Beauty Advisor (especially in skincare) is a plus.

• Confident in speaking and explaining products to crowds.

• Energetic, enthusiastic, and sales-driven.

• Willing to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays (based on event schedule).

• Able to work independently or in a small team.
