Sales Representative ( Bandung )

Key Responsibilities:

- Build & Conquer: Proactively build strong relationships with store owners, managers, and staff. You’ll be our sales ambassador on the front lines.

- Drive Sales & Orders: Actively promote new launches, secure orders, and push for reorders based on product performance.

- Execute Trade Programs: Master our incentive programs, communicate them effectively to partners, and track performance to motivate and maximize commitment.

- Educate & Advocate: Become a product expert. Train store staff, conduct sampling sessions, and educate everyone on the unique benefits of our products.

- Provide Market Intelligence: Be our eyes and ears. Monitor local trends, share insights, and find opportunities to improve shelf visibility and engagement.

- Maintain Discipline: Utilize our CRM and tools efficiently, submit accurate reports on time, and ensure clean communication.

What We're Looking For:

- A minimum of 1 year of field sales experience (vape or FMCG industry is a huge plus!) (A fresh graduate with sales internship background are welcomed).
