Sales Representative

Responsibilities

• Understand customer needs and provide suitable B2B solutions.

• Respond to inquiries and follow up with prospective customers.

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure customer satisfaction.

• Prepare sales reports, lead information, and new customer data for management.

• Implement sales strategies to increase sales performance and brand visibility.

• Proactively reach out to new prospective customers who have not previously engaged with the company.

Qualifications

• Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's degree (S1) in Marketing or a related field.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales, preferably in the HORECA channel.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, with the ability to prepare sales reports.

• Strong communication and persuasion skills, with a target-oriented mindset.

• Good knowledge of market areas and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.

• Ability to multitask, adapt quickly, and think analytically.

• Proficiency in English is an advantage.
