Sales Representative

We are looking for Sales Representative that will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our market footprint within their assigned province/city (Kalimantan region). This role focuses on active lead generation, relationship building, and local market penetration. The ideal candidate is a self-motivated field professional with deep knowledge of local business dynamics, strong negotiation skills, and a proven track record of hitting sales targets.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Materials Science, Marketing, or a related field

• Minimum 3 years of experience in field sales, B2B sales, B2G Sales (highly preferred), or account management.

• Valid driver's license (SIM C / SIM A) and own personal transport (motorcycle or car) for daily client visits

• Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills

• Target-driven mindset with resilience in overcoming objections

• Fluent in English communication both Spoken and written.

• Background in construction and building material industry (preferred)

• Prior experience working within the specific local region's market is highly preferred
