Sales Representative Supervisor

Qualification :

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in any field (preferably Marketing/Business/Management)

• 5+ Years Proven track record in sales, preferably in the Consumer Electronic, Telecommunications, FMCG, and other related Retail Sectors.

• erstanding of retail execution

• Strong analytical skills for ROI and sales reporting

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel & reporting tools

• Execution, Monitoring, Improvement, Customer Relationship

• Good communication and coordination skills

• Detail-oriented and result-driven

• Able to work cross-functionally with Sales & Marketing

• Willing to travel for retail outlet visits

• Driving license (SIM C/A) preferred

Job Description :

• Day-to-day execution sales performance of District

• Plan, monitor, and improve overall Sell Through progress and target, control the stock availability, Out of Stock level, and coverage for all Dealer in District

• Gather Industry information of smartphone, AIoT, and electronic industry including market trends, competitors, consumer preferences, and emerging technologies is essential.
