Job Description:

• Implement a strategic partnership sales plan to drive revenue growth and expand market presence.

• Execute prospect potential partners within the food manufacturing industry, including distributors, retailers, and other strategic alliances.

• Maintain relationships with existing and new partners to maximize sales opportunities and achieve business objectives.

• Execute negotiations and contract discussions with partners, ensuring favorable terms and conditions that align with company policies and objectives.

• Provide regular reporting on partnership activities, sales forecasts, and progress towards goals to senior management.

• Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and market dynamics to identify new partnership opportunities and innovative sales strategies.

Qualification

• Min. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

• Proven experience as Sales Staff

• Strong understanding of partnership execution

• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and build rapport with internal and external stakeholders.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
