Sales Supervisor Bandung

Key Responsibilities:

• Hit & Exceed Targets: Achieve monthly sales goals by unlocking new business opportunities.

• Own Your Territory: Develop and execute data-driven sales strategies for your region.

• Grow Distribution: Lead distributor partnerships, boost POS acquisition, and ensure flawless field execution (sales/merchandising).

• Drive Joint Success: Collaborate with partners on business plans to maximize mutual growth and profitability.

• Build High-Performing Teams: Train and mentor field teams (sales/merchandisers) to peak performance.

Requirements: -

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related fields.

• Experience: 1–3 years in sales management. FMCG or vape industry experience is a major advantage.

• Core Skills (Must Have): - Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia & English (Chinese proficiency a plus).

• Independent problem-solver with a self-driven attitude. - Deep knowledge of Indonesian consumer behavior & retail dynamics.

• Willingness to travel extensively to customer sites. Preferred Skills :

• Proven B2B/B2C sales experience with long-term client relationship management.

• Strong negotiation and deal-closing abilities. - Basic sales analytics skills to interpret data and adapt strategies.

• Analytical Edge: Mathematical Logic Test score ≥15 (proof required).
