What you'll be doing





Supervise and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve individual and store-level sales goals



Monitor and analyst sales data to identify opportunities for improvement and implement effective sales strategies



Oversee daily store operations, including inventory management, customer service, and staff scheduling



Provide coaching and training to sales associates to develop their skills and knowledge



Achieve a Target



Collaborate with the regional management team to identify and resolve any operational issues



Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations



Build relationship with new costumer

What we're looking for





Min. Bachelor Degree from any major (preferred from Marketing, Management or related)



Minimum 3 years of experience as sales supervisor or Sales Coordinator



Experience Sales or Marketing in FMCG Industry, Retail, Distribution or Stationery Business



Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team



Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with customers and staff



Proficiency in analyzing sales data and developing data-driven strategies to improve performance



Able to speak Mandarin or Hokkian is point Plus



Able to mobility and Having own Vehicle
