Sales Support (Export Import - Forwarding)

Qualification :

• Background education minimum S-1 All Major

• Have experience min 2 years as Sales Support in logistics or freight forwarding company is priority

• Excellent command of both written and spoken English, Mandarin (Pasive)

• Excellent Ms. Office especially Ms. Excel and system forwarding

• Having good knowledge about export import

• Having skill; good communication, target oriented, negotiation skill

• Office: Kelapa Gading, North Jakarta

Job Description :

• Support sales team by coordinating and assisting in introduction, follow up request and quotation

• Searching competitive rate of air and sea freight

• Quick respond by emails or phone calls with affirmative and accurate information in polite business manner, and provide quotation for Sales

• Update schedule shipment and price to Customers and Agent.

• Booking space to shipping line until getting booking confirmation

• Coordinating and monitoring team operasional for finishing all request to Customer and Agent.

• Ensure legalitas and certificate in accordance with applicable goverment regulation (COR & DGT1)
