Deskripsi Pekerjaan

What you'll be doing

  1. Prospecting and identifying new business leads through networking, cold-calling, and other lead generation activities

  2. Conducting sales presentations and negotiations to secure new contracts and partnerships

  3. Maintaining a strong pipeline of potential clients and opportunities

  4. Providing excellent customer service and support to existing clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention

  5. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective sales strategies

  6. Reporting on sales performance and providing insights to the management

What we're looking for

  1. Min. Diploma in any major

  2. Minimum 2 years of successful B2B sales experience (parts/automotive industry)

  3. Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets

  4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

  5. Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities

  6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team (willing to travel throughout Jabar-Jateng-Jatim on business)
