Salesperson

Main works:
- Selling chemical raw materials (natural latex, natural rubber, SBR, BR, EVA, ABS, PP, PE, AS, etc.) and achieving sales targets.
- Maintain existing customer relationships, actively explore new customer channels.
- Make, Sign, fulfill, and manage sales contracts.
- Collect and organize market information, grasp product sales situation, analyze competitive situation, and adjust sales strategies in a timely manner to meet market needs.
- Complete temporary tasks assigned by headquarters and regularly report work progress to headquarters.

Job requirements:
- Senior high school's degree or above.
- Chemical, international trade, marketing, English and other related majors are preferred.
- Have 1 year B2B sales experience in actual prodution, it's better if you have sales experience in chemical raw materials such as rubber and plastic, or other bulk commodities, familiar with the chemical industry.
- English or Chinese can be used as a working language.
-Accept frequent business trips, withstand work pressure, and has the ability to work independently.
- Have A driver's license

Job Benefits Details:
- The work location is in west Jakarta, and work hours are from 8:30-11:30 am and 1:00-5:00 pm from Monday to Friday. The work is 7 hours a day, with weekends off and statutory holidays off.
-Salary structure: Basic salary of Rp 5,500,000 + performance salary 0-2,600,000 + sales commission, excluding personal BPJS TK personal pay and BPJS KS personal pay and PPH21 personal pay. Monthly basic salary will be paid at the end of the month. Performance salary will be paid at next month 5th. Commission will be paid every three month and at the end of year.
- Buy BPJS KS and BPJS TK, annual leave 12 days, irregular team building, afternoon tea, annual meetings travel.
- Please pay attention to that: Exncluding BPJS personal pay and PPH21 pay. No meal and shelter.
