Security Guard

Qualifications:

1. Minimum SMK or equivalent

2. Minimum 1 year of experience as a Security Officer (fresh graduates are welcome to apply)

3. Possess basic knowledge of security procedures, safety, and emergency handling

4. Good communication skills with a firm, polite, and service-oriented attitude

5. Physically fit, alert, disciplined, and responsible

6. Neat appearance, polite, and well-groomed

7. Able to work independently and as part of a team

8. Willing to work shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays

Responsibilities:

1. Maintain security and safety of guests, staff, and company property

2. Control and monitor access in and out of the area according to procedures

3. Conduct routine patrols to ensure a safe and secure environment

4. Handle security incidents, disturbances, or emergencies professionally and report to the supervisor

5. Assist guests and staff when needed while maintaining security standards

6. Ensure compliance with company rules, SOP, and safety regulations 7. Coordinate with management and related departments in maintaining security operations
