Senior Brand Marketing

Job Description:

1. Lead and oversee the development and execution of a comprehensive influencer marketing strategy, ensuring alignment with the company's vision and key marketing objectives.

2. Oversee the entire process of influencer marketing campaigns, from strategic planning and execution to optimization, across various digital platforms and distribution channels.

3. Establish, monitor, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and success metrics to evaluate the impact of influencer campaigns on brand awareness, engagement, and conversion.

4. Identify and develop opportunities for innovation within influencer marketing strategies by staying up to date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and emerging digital platforms, ensuring campaign effectiveness and competitive advantage.

5. Manage and develop the team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture while providing guidance, support, and growth opportunities.

Qualification:

1. Minimum 2-4 years of experience in Brand Marketing, Influencer Marketing, or Campaign Management, especially in the beauty or FMCG industry.

2. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Management, or related fields Passionate about the beauty industry, with a strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram, and influencer marketing trends.

3. Proven experience leading influencer marketing campaigns, preferably for beauty brands on social media.

4. Data-driven mindset with experience in analyzing KPIs, optimizing campaigns, and driving engagement.

5. Ability to adapt in a fast-paced digital environment and stay ahead of industry trends.

6. Experience in budget management, campaign execution, and performance tracking.
