- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in business development or sales in the digital sales sector - Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and revenue goals - Deep understanding of digital marketing market trends and various media channels - Proficiency in tech solutions relevant to the market - Proven experience in a senior business development or sales role within digital marketing, advertising, or a related industry - An established network of decision-makers and influencers in Indonesia’s marketing or business sectors - Strong understanding of performance marketing and the digital advertising ecosystem in Southeast Asia - Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills - Demonstrate a resilient attitude by handling rejection or setbacks with professionalism while maintaining a positive outlook - Results-driven mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets - Highly self-motivated and proactive, capable of taking initiative and working independently without constant supervision - Experience in CRM/sales software, such as Hubspot - Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia, with cultural sensitivity to the Indonesian market - Strong presentation and public speaking skills - Tenacious and determined in pursuing leads and opportunities, with a strong willingness to overcome obstacles and challenges
