- Oversee and manage financial reporting, budget control, and auditing processes to ensure compliance and accuracy - Develop and implement financial strategies to optimize cost control, cash flow management, and overall profitability - Ensure accurate and timely tax filings in accordance with Indonesian regulations - Monitor key financial health indicators and provide insights and recommendations to leadership for effective decision-making - Supervise and mentor the FAT team, enhancing their capabilities in accounting and financial operations - Collaborate with external auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory bodies when necessary - Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation in financial operations - Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field from a reputable university - Minimum 3 years of experience in finance, accounting, and taxation, preferably with managerial experience - Strong expertise in financial planning, cost control, and internal auditing - Solid knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations and compliance - Proficiency in financial software and Accurate systems - Detail-oriented, analytical, and strong problem-solving mindset - Ability to work independently while effectively managing a team - Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly present financial insights
