- Oversee and manage financial reporting, budget control, and auditing processes to ensure compliance and accuracy - Develop and implement financial strategies to optimize cost control, cash flow management, and profitability - Ensure accurate and timely tax filings in accordance with Indonesian regulations - Monitor financial health indicators, providing insights and recommendations to leadership for decision-making - Supervise and mentor the FAT team, enhancing their capabilities in accounting and financial operations - Collaborate with external auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory bodies as needed - Identify opportunities for financial process improvements and automation - Bachelor's degree in Accounting. Finance, or a related field from a reputable university. - 3+ years of experience in finance, accounting, and taxation, preferably with managerial experience. - Strong expertise in financial planning, cost control, and internal auditing. - Solid knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations and compliance. - Proficiency in financial software and Accurate systems. - Detail-oriented, analytical, and problem-solving mindset. - Ability to work independently while also managing a team effectively. - Strong communication skills, with the ability to present financial insights clearly.
