Senior Manager, Manufacturing Engineering

Requirements: - Undergraduate degree, preferably a Bachelor's degree in engineering, technology, or a scientific discipline. - Minimum of 8 years of experience in the footwear industry across manufacturing, engineering, and/or development. - Demonstrated experience working across multiple functions and stakeholders. - Experience applying knowledge of Manufacturing Operations, including systems, processes, technologies, and materials required to consistently produce finished goods to measurable standards, to identify opportunities and drive progress against business goals. - Strong understanding of data, statistical methods, and analytical tools, with the ability to leverage insights for fact-based decision-making. - Proven team player and people leader with the ability to coach, develop, and inspire others. - Forward-thinking and conceptual mindset. Proactively seeks diverse inputs and potential solutions; consistently challenges the status quo and thinks beyond traditional solutions and approaches. - Fluent verbal and written English language skills. - Proficient in standard MS Office applications and business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
