Senior Manager, Sourcing Operations APP

Key Responsibilities - Lead overall sourcing operations and execute global sourcing strategies. - Manage Development, Commercialization, and Production teams to ensure operational excellence and compliance with company standards. - Monitor and drive vendor performance against established KPIs. - Lead key business initiatives, including Quality, ME/CI, SPIKE, and supplier development programs. - Build and maintain strategic relationships with suppliers, factory management, and internal stakeholders. - Support production allocation processes and provide regular business updates. - Ensure compliance with local labor laws, human rights, health, safety, and environmental standards. - Develop team capabilities through coaching, training, and employee engagement. - Drive operational efficiency through continuous improvement and process optimization. - Oversee Direct Development (DD) audits to ensure product samples meet company standards. - Ensure compliance with Responsible Sourcing & Purchasing Policies and company regulations. - Promote Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) within the workplace. Key Relationships - Global Sourcing Headquarters (HQ). - Product Operations. - Social and Environmental Affairs (SEA) and Government Affairs teams. - External stakeholders, including suppliers, transport, logistics, and customs partners. - Factory and laboratory teams. Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field. - Minimum 7 years of relevant work experience, ideally including 5 years in production creation or manufacturing and managerial roles. - Extensive knowledge of sourcing management, preferably in consumer goods. - Strong leadership skills and ability to manage cross-functional teams. - Excellent presentation, negotiation, influencing, interpersonal, and communication skills. - Fluent in written and spoken English. - Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
